Dear fellow Pyle families,
Join us in helping our MCPS sister school this holiday season! Pyle's designated sister school is Parkland Middle School in Rockville. Almost fifty percent of its students qualify for free and reduced-price meals. Many of their families struggle to afford basic necessities like school supplies.
During this holiday season, please consider helping a Parkland Middle School student. For just $10, you can provide a Parkland student-in-need with a backpack filled with school supplies when she starts school next September. For $20, you can provide two backpacks; for $30, you can provide three backpacks, etc.! To learn more and to donate online by credit card, please go to the MCPS "Give Backpacks" campaign website: www.mcpsgivebackpacks.org. If you pay online, specify Parkland Middle School in the "Tribute" section. If you pay by check, write "Backpacks for Parkland Middle School" on the memo line, make the check payable to the "MCPS Educational Foundation," and mail it to MCPS Educational Foundation, Inc., P.O. Box 1007, Rockville, MD 20849-1007.
