I hope that everyone is enjoying their summer! I am looking for volunteers for the Pyle Buddy Family program for the coming school year.
KristenThe Pyle Buddy Family Program pairs incoming Pyle students and their families who have arrived from outside the Whitman Cluster with host families currently at Pyle.Hosting is easy, and requires a minimal amount time, yet means so much to our newly arrived families! A Buddy Family might answer questions about school, shops, doctors, auto repair, etc., and hosts might also help with introductions and networking. Most of this can be done via email.If you would like to volunteer as a Buddy Family for the 2018-19 school year or would like more information, please email Kristen Farren at farrens5@comcast.net and provide the following information:Parent full name(s), Pyle student name(s), gender and grade(s) for 2018-19, e-mail and phone contacts. Please also indicate whether you prefer to be connected by email or via phone.Please indicate if you speak another language at home as international families arrive throughout the year.Thank you so much for your help!
