Congratulations to the following students who were selected to represent Pyle Middle School in the county honors chorus: 6th grade student, Sofia Weisz, 7th grade students: Sophie Hoffman and Fenna Oliphant-Linden, 8th grade student Zoe Tockman. We know you will represent Pyle Middle School well as some of the top musicians in the county.
The media center will be issuing PAST DUE notices starting today. These are not obligations. Obligations will be issued next Monday. Please return all past due books as soon as possible. Thank you.
The Pyle SGA will be running a canned food drive from November 30th to December 19th. Each grade-level team will compete against the other teams in your grade level to see who can bring in the most canned goods! We ask that you bring in canned and non-perishable items starting Wednesday. For more information, please see Mr. Munson.
TASCC international will be holding a Run for Strength, a 5K run/1 mile walk on Saturday December 4th at Wheaton Regional Park. All money raised will go to TASCC, which is an organization that supports torture survivors worldwide. There will be food available after the race and raffle prizes and gift cards from the sponsors. To register for the race, go to TASSC.org/race/. The cost is $30 for the 5K run and $20 for the 1 mile walk. If you have any questions, please see 8th grader Ethan Wagner, or visit the website.
